Want a class to help make your child feel safe and lessen the dangers of being alone? Here it is, the topics that will be discussed include having a plan for when by themselves, how to use the telephone correctly, posting emergency numbers, locking doors and windows, checking in with parents or a trusted neighbor, what to do in case of a fire, adopting a family code, what to do if followed and how to use and make a first aid kit. Please bring paper and pencil. You may bring a drink to class (no glass bottles). Instructor: Marylouise Kiefert.
